christmas in one giant post

You and I are going to pretend that blogger didn't upload all of my pictures in reverse order, mkay?
Christmas Day was spent with Jason's family. The family keeps growing and growing. We've added two new babies since last Christmas. They are running out of stocking room! We had a blast and enjoyed all being together for the day.

Uncle Brad decorated all of the presents he brought. Judah, the artist, loved it!

Playing with the new remote control helicoptor that Elijah got from us.
All of the grandkids.

Evie-girl had a WONDERFUL first Christmas and we so enjoyed having her home this year!!!

Piling on top of Uncle Brad while Evie watches the craziness.

Oh, Solomon and Evie. These two are 10 months apart and are hilarious together. They are either hugging or fighting. :-) They are going to cause a lot of trouble together!

See, they're conspiring against us!

She was DONE at this point, but I love my three babies on Christmas!

The "Atlas" onesie that Nova got - so cute!

Merry Christmas from the Coxes!

This just cracks me up...check out Judah. :-) Spy and ninja gear.

The kids enjoying their gifts from us on Christmas morning.

Santa came!

We spent Christmas Eve with Kaki.

These were their favorite gifts from her.

This was Evie's very first Christmas gift to open.

The candlelight service at our church on Christmas Eve.

And before the break from school, Evie and I went to Judah's Christmas party. She always gets tons of attention from the kids up there. They were helping her color.

Judah had fun making a special cookie and crafts with his friends.

Unfortunately, Judah was running a fever at home the day of Elijah's class party so we couldn't go to it. It's hard to believe that Christmas has already come and gone so fast!

Happy New Year 2014!!!

ice, 19 months & a new cousin

So, about a week and a half ago, we had the ice storm of the century here in Texas! Like 2 inches thick of pure ice, but that didn't stop the kids from having a blast in it since they got 2 whole days of school canceled! This was Evie's first time with "snow". She wasn't too sure at first but quickly enjoyed it! The kids went sledding on pans, boxes and laundry baskets, and Evie was bundled up like a little snow-girl! I think we stayed in our pj's for three straight days and did start to get a little cabin fever, but it was nice to slow down for a little bit.

Evie also turned 19 months old on the 7th! She is personality deluxe and strong-willed to the core! She tests my patience on a daily basis but she is a lot of fun too!

We also finally got to visit our new nephew that was born on Thanksgiving Day! He is just beautiful!

All five cousins together - Evie remains the only girl!

Evie and Solomon are only 10 months apart - they love playing together but always end up fighting over some toy! :-)

Elijah LOVES babies. He sat and held Atlas for at least 20-30 minutes, just staring at him. Then he asked me when we're adopting another one. Ha ha! We'll see.
